God is the Creator of the Ozone Layer. If a person reads the history of creation then the person will understand this idea. God created the Ozone Layer on the second day.
Genesis 1:6-8
6 And God said, “Let there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water.” 7 So God made the vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so. 8 God called the vault “sky.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the second day.
Hebrews 11:3
3 By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.
I like this idea. The Creator of the universe loves mankind. Jesus died for our sins and we can be forgiven. We can follow the Creator.
Psalm 8:3-5
3 When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
4 what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?
