Why swimming is great

I try to swim one to three times a week. I go to LA Fitness and the pool is never busy while the pool always have open lanes. I want to get into swimming more so I will swim three times this week.
I think swimming is for everyone.
I was a runner when I was younger and I have noticed that I can swim longer than ever running.
So a person can have a long workout without the joints hurting like when a person runs.
I don't know if you swim in a gym pool but if you don't be careful when you are in a lake or ocean.
I am sure that you are a careful person.
When a person swims, it is a total body workout. It will target the core, arms, legs, glutes, and back.
It is funny about swimming. I can run for an hour and hurt like crazy but if I swim for an hour and half, I feel refresh the next day.
People are all about doing yoga because it makes a person more flexible but swimming does the same for the human body.
It is great for aerobic conditioning. Your heart will keep pumping as you use your entire body to move through the water.
Swimming will help you with strength. You’ll get stronger from the resistance of the water, which is about 12 times the level of air resistance. Try using hand-held paddles, foam noodles, or a kickboard for extra resistance.
If you like to be the best then you can join a swimming team.
I will address the low-impact angle. If you have bad bones, swimming is perfect and it will improve how you feel.
The next question is if a person have a health condition.
Swimming is just about as good as it gets for a total workout.
If you are pregnant, the buoyancy of the water will take stress off your joints. If you swam before you became pregnant, you will likely be able to continue swimming unless you have a problem with your pregnancy.
Swimming is a great aerobic workout for people with most types of arthritis. It can take the load off your joints and help prevent injuries. It is also a good choice if you have low back pain. Warm water can be very soothing. Check with your doctor first if you are having joint pain, have had a recent injury, joint replacement, or are having an arthritis flare.
If you have diabetes, an aerobic activity like swimming can be a very important part of your diabetes plan. It will help you burn calories, lose weight, and keep your blood sugars under control. If you have high cholesterol, you will also benefit from swimming. It will help you lower your ''bad'' cholesterol and raise your ''good'' cholesterol.
If you have been a couch potato, or you have heart disease  or other medical problems, check with your doctor first to see what kind of swimming program is right for you.

The true love

The names Leah gave her children, expressed her respect and regard, both to God and to her husband. Reuben, or See a son, with this thought, Now will my husband love me; Levi, or joined, expecting, Now will my husband be joined unto me. Mutual affection is both the duty and comfort of the married relation; and yoke-fellows should study to recommend themselves to each other, 1Co 7:33,34. She thankfully acknowledges the kind providence of God in hearing her. Whatever supports and comforts us under afflictions, or tends to our deliverance from them, God must be owned in it. Her fourth son she called Judah, or praise, saying, Now will I praise the Lord. This was he, of whom, as concerning the flesh, Christ came. Whatever is the matter of our rejoicing, ought to be the matter of our thanksgiving. Fresh favors should quicken us to praise God for former favors; Now will I praise the Lord more and better than I have done. All our praises must center in Christ, both as the matter of them, and as the Mediator of them. He descended after the flesh from him whose name was Praise, and He is our praise. Is Christ formed in my heart? Now will I praise the Lord.

Genesis 29:31-35

31 And when the Lord saw that Leah was hated, he opened her womb: but Rachel was barren.
32 And Leah conceived, and bare a son, and she called his name Reuben: for she said, Surely the Lord hath looked upon my affliction; now therefore my husband will love me.
33 And she conceived again, and bare a son; and said, Because the Lord hath heard I was hated, he hath therefore given me this son also: and she called his name Simeon.
34 And she conceived again, and bare a son; and said, Now this time will my husband be joined unto me, because I have born him three sons: therefore was his name called Levi.
35 And she conceived again, and bare a son: and she said, Now will I praise the Lord: therefore she called his name Judah; and left bearing.
