Placed the heavens

God expanded the Heavens. The frequency use of these verses tells a person this more than a metaphor.
God can create the universe and stretch it out? The answers is yes. Are we willing to rust a constantly changing theory called evolution that demands long ages? Do we have faith that God can do all that His Word claims?

Job 9:8

 He alone stretches out the heavens
    and treads on the waves of the sea.

 

 

Zechariah 12:1

  A prophecy: The word of the Lord concerning Israel.

The Lord, who stretches out the heavens, who lays the foundation of the earth, and who forms the human spirit within a person, declares:

Psalm 18:9

 He parted the heavens and came down;
    dark clouds were under his feet.

 

Isaiah 45:12

 It is I who made the earth
    and created mankind on it.
My own hands stretched out the heavens;
    I marshaled their starry hosts.
