The first murder. Why do people murder?

The countries of Europe ponder about the reason of murder. Many teachers teach that everything is based on social condition. The countries have statics that try to prove their ideology.
People commitment murder because they have sin in the heart.  Mankind can live in a social condition that is good and murder another person. If we don't have the right solution for problems then there is no cure.
The jail system needs gives this cure.
The murders are sinners and the sin of murder is in the heart of the murders. The murders needs to confess their sins to Jesus and ask for a new heart. If the jail system needs to change then Jesus is required.
I believe the sin of murder is in heart of mankind. If you have a hateful thought towards another person, then the person have did the sin of murder. We deserve the death penalty. We deserve the penalty of hell because we are murders in our hearts.
If a person hates a politician then the person have murder in the heart. This sin condemns people  to hell. The person needs forgiveness. The person needs repent from the sin of murder and go to the cross of Jesus.
Jesus was the perfect sacrifice for mankind. We can have eternal life and a new life.
People murder because we are sinners. The murder needs to have heart surgery by doctor Jesus.
I have the Holy Spirit in my heart and he convicts my heart. God is working on my heart. God working on your heart?

Matthew 5:21-22

21 “You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ 22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’ is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.

Genesis 4:8-10

Now Cain said to his brother Abel, “Let’s go out to the field.”[a] While they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him.
Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is your brother Abel?”
“I don’t know,” he replied. “Am I my brother’s keeper?”
10 The Lord said, “What have you done? Listen! Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground.
