The New Revelation is true?

The Church of Jesus Christ and the Latter-day Saints have new scripture. They claim that the writings of  JosephSmith are divinely inspired revelations. They are God's 19th-century additions to the Bible.

The Bible do not teach this. The Bible, given by God's Spirit, is complete in itself and needs no additions. Any additions to the Bible are forbidden.

Deuteronomy 4:2

  Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you.

Deuteronomy 12:32

 See that you do all I command you; do not add to it or take away from it.

Proverbs 3:5-6

 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
    and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
    and he will make your paths straight.

Galatians 1:8

 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!

Hebrews 1:1-2

 In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe.

Revelation 22:18-19

18 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll. 19 And if anyone takes words away from this scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, which are described in this scroll.
