If you are reading this blog then understand this point. A person that reject Jesus will not have their good deeds last forever. The sins of our lives causes a separation from God. God is a pure God so he can't bless the sins. If a person does one hundred good things and sinned once. Only one committed transgression will cause a person to go to hell, so good deeds will not save a person.
If a person repent from their transgression then that person can go to heaven. If the believer does any good deeds for Jesus then the believer will receive rewards. This reward will be a forever award. The believer should desire to please the Lord with their life. The righteousness is from Jesus and not the believer good life.
