What does the Heavens say?

Many people believe the universe is billion years old and the that the stars must have evolved. Before we accept stellar evolution, we need to examine three things.

1) No one has seen a star evolve. We observe the remnants of a star explosion, but not one forming.
2) We have only a mathematical model for how a star would form. The laws of physics demonstrate that a lard gas and dust cloud combination will expand and not condense.
3) God state that the heavens declare His glory.

If God did not create all the stars on day four in the book of Genesis chapter one verse sixteen, then what do the heavens declare? If the stars evolved over long periods of time what do the the following verses significance?

Psalm 19:1

 The heavens declare the glory of God;
    the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

Isaiah 40:26

 Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens:
    Who created all these?
He who brings out the starry host one by one
    and calls forth each of them by name.
Because of his great power and mighty strength,
    not one of them is missing.

Is it possible to what Jesus said, he was the Creator. Jesus believed what Moses wrote were true historical events.
