The best health plan

The health of the society is based on the family. If the family is unhealthy then the culture will suffer. The father needs respect from the wife and the children. The woman needs to honor the father. The son needs to honor his father.
The issue of many cultures is that the children are not listening to the father. God understands how life functions.
If a person is a child. The child needs to listen to the father so the child will have a good life. But if children don't listen to their fathers then they will have problems.
They are many mockers towards their fathers.
The only time a child can not heed the words of the father is when it goes against God and the Bible.

Proverbs 13:1

A wise son heeds his father’s instruction,
    but a mocker does not respond to rebukes.
