You commitment the crime?

The world have evil desires. Everyone can be controlled by evil desires. There are many sins that people love. There is plans to avoid evil but mankind was always do evil. We love to commitment adultery when we think we are pure. We steal from other people when it seems good. We love to lie to each other because we can have dishonest gain.
So is there a way to help mankind? We are sinners that love to sin. The world's culture rejects goodness and promotes the sin of the heart. We agree with the impure action. We can promote evil in this world because the sin of the heart is in the soul. We need a new soul.
I boycott impure things because the Holy Spirit lives in my heart. I don't like sin because the Holy Spirit convicts my heart. Many people reject the Holy Spirit because they live sin. When a person loves impure desires then the life will be destroyed. If a person commitments adultery then the marriage will be in trouble. If a person steals from a company then they can go to jail.
But if a person have a new heart in Jesus then the old desires will disappear. We need to admit that we are sinners. The cross of Jesus can bring forgiveness of sins. When a person wants Jesus then the Holy Spirit enters to the person. The person will have new desires for God's plan.
