Marine fossils

Ocean fossils are found on top of mountains on every continent. One feature we don't find with any of these marine fossils is legs, the creatures didn't walk up the mountains. The Alps in Austria contain marine fossils. What fossils have been found over 400 feet above sea level north of lake Ontario, more than 500 feet above sea level in Vermont and 600 feet about sea level in Montreal. The foothills of the Himalayas, 3,000 feet above sea level contain many specimens of fossils which include elephants, pigs, apes and oxen. Whale fossils were found in the Andes Mountains in South America.
How did all these marine fossils get high up onto the mountains? The only answers is that at one time in the history of the earth, all these mountains had to to covered with ocean water.
There are two explanations for how the ocean waters covered the mountains.
1) Biblical explanation: The Genesis Flood (a  worldwide flood)
2) Evolution explanation: The continents sank underneath the oceans and came back up

There are over 200 legends of a worldwide flood. There are no legends sinking beneath the ocean. Also no one has observed continents sinking. The question is this. Why we want to abandon the Genesis Flood for a story of evolution that no one has observed.

Romans 3:4

Not at all! Let God be true, and every human being a liar. As it is written:

“So that you may be proved right when you speak
    and prevail when you judge.”
