The escape plan

We have a great enemy in this world. Many believe the country Russia is evil. Many believe some politicians are evil. People will fight about the evil in this life.
The author of evil is Satan and he tempted mankind. Adam sinned so we love sin. We have dirty souls in the human heart. God knew that people would love sin and mankind reject God in their lives.
The first verse of the promised Messiah in the book of Genesis. God gave the Old Testament for two reasons. Mankind can't follow the Old Testament law. We sin so we are criminals. We need forgiveness.
Jesus fulfilled the Old Testament and He died for the sins of mankind. We can have a new clean heart in Jesus, if we don't like the dirty sinful heart.

Genesis 3:14-15

 

¹⁴ So the Lord God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this,

“Cursed are you above all livestock
    and all wild animals!
You will crawl on your belly
    and you will eat dust
    all the days of your life.
¹⁵ And I will put enmity
    between you and the woman,
    and between your offspring  and hers;
he will crush  your head,
    and you will strike his heel.”

Matthew 5:17-20

 ¹⁷ “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. ¹⁸ For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. ¹⁹ Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. ²⁰ For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.
