The circumcised

Abraham circumcised Ishmael and the other men in his house. God told Abraham to do the circumcision.
People don't understand the topic of  circumcision. The outward activity should have a spiritual desire.
Jesus died on the cross and conquered death. If a person repents from their sins then that person will experience God.
When a person accepts Jesus, then the Holy Spirit will transform the human heart. The follower of Jesus will hate the sinful nature and love the purity of God's way.
The circumcision is an outward sign for an transformed heart by God.
 Do you have new desires? Or do you love the sinful nature? Repent and follow Jesus.


 

Genesis 17:23-27

 

²³ On that very day Abraham took his son Ishmael and all those born in his household or bought with his money, every male in his household, and circumcised them, as God told him. ²⁴ Abraham was ninety-nine years old when he was circumcised, ²⁵ and his son Ishmael was thirteen; ²⁶ Abraham and his son Ishmael were both circumcised on that very day. ²⁷ And every male in Abraham’s household, including those born in his household or bought from a foreigner, was circumcised with him.
