The argument

There are seven billion people in this world. There are many types of personalities; therefor, there will be conflicts. People will have conflicts at their jobs. The company policy may not agree with another person.
The worker can fight against the boss. The worker needs to submit to the rules.
Many people are in relationship with other people. When you have two people then there will be two ideas.
Many times, a fight will occur. People needs to listen to the other person.
The problem is that everyone wants to be correct. We need to refuse our own ego and accept advice from other people. I am still learning this, so don't feel bad. We need to ask God to create a heart that desire to know the truth.

Proverbs 13:10

 Where there is strife, there is pride,
    but wisdom is found in those who take advice.
