Bow before the idol

Most people have a computer or internet on the phone. A person can put a file on their device.
Today technology is amazing. Technology can explain the human heart. A person can receive a virus. The virus can ruin the phone. A person can receive good information, if they have the right application.

This is similar to the history of Israel. God wanted Israel to have pure life. The pagan countries have sin in their culture and the sins of the culture was cancer to Israel. The pagan countries didn't want the pure life in God.

God wanted to influence Israel. Israel needed to follow God. God desire best for His people. God knows the future and He didn't want Israel to sin. The problem is this The Jews have sin in their heart. The sin of the cultures appear to be good. God will destroy the sins of the world. The pagan culture  represent this sinful world. It will be destroyed by God.

God doesn't want people to perish. Many people don't want God. They will sin and they love sin.
Their is a word for these people. The word is a goat. They are crazy.

There are people that follow God. A good word for those that follow God. The word is a sheep.
The sheep hear the voice of the master. If God talks, then His sheep will hear His voice.

The followers of Jesus need to live a pure life. I hate to say this but I will. I am disappointed in many people that follow Jesus. Many followers of Jesus are warned not to sin but they live in sin. God warns them but they reject Jesus words. The disobedient followers of Jesus will be disciplined by God.

I have a question. There is sin in mankind hearts. The sin can control mankind. If a person don't have a new heart in Jesus then the sin of the heart will rule this person. A person needs to ask the Lord for a new heart in the cross of Jesus.

If a person receive a new heart in Jesus then they can fight against sin. But sometimes the followers of Jesus love to sin. They like to do immoral things in the night with their friends. They will not do something with their Christian friends but they will do something with their friends that reject Christ. I believe that is a bad witness. We need to be consistent in our lives without hypocrisy. Are you a hypocrite?  The cure is repentance.
The sin want to control your life but you must control it with the Holy Spirit and the Bible.

Exodus 23:24-26

 ²⁴ Do not bow down before their gods or worship them or follow their practices. You must demolish them and break their sacred stones to pieces. ²⁵ Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, ²⁶ and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span.

 

 

Genesis 4:7

 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.
