The players in the Superbowl

The weekend of the Superbowl is near. Mankind loves to hear about the players and the reactions of the players. There are many prideful players, the issue of pride can cause many issues. If a player is prideful then there will be many mistakes.

We can see pride in other people. Mankind have a problem with pride. We do things without thinking about God because our ego is big. God understands more but we refuse to accept this idea. This is called pride.

The world's culture promotes the idea of many roads to God. Many believe Islam and Christianity teaches the same idea. Many believe Buddhism and Christianity teaches the same idea. This is a false idea. Jesus is the only way to heaven. Pride will promote good works to earn heaven. One sin leads to hell. We can't save ourselves. The cross of Jesus can bring salvation, if a person humbles themselves.

This world promote the idea of evolution. Many people don't want God so they deny the existence of God. This is pride because these people want to be the king. They want to sin so they deny the existence of God. This is called pride.

Many followers of Jesus can have pride. They can deny the Holy Spirit so the follower will do many sins. This is called pride. The believer needs to be lead by the Spirit and not the flesh.

I have good news. If a person have pride then they can repent from the sin. We need to be humble before the Holy and Just God.

Proverbs 11:2

 When pride comes, then comes disgrace,
    but with humility comes wisdom.
