Let’s be real. People are always looking for the perfect government and the perfect leader. We want someone who can actually fix things, bring justice, and make the world right.
Revelation 20:1-6 shows that God is bringing the ultimate government. Jesus will reign for 1,000 years, and Satan will be locked away. No deception. No Satan stirring things up. God will have full reign on earth. 🙏
But then comes the wild part.
Revelation 20:7-10 says Satan will be released after the thousand years. And somehow, even after experiencing a world under God’s righteous rule, people will still choose to rebel against Him. Satan leads the charge, but honestly, the deeper issue is the human heart. People who reject God will follow Satan because they don’t truly love God or His truth.
Then Satan is defeated and thrown into the lake of fire. 🔥
Revelation 20:11-15 describes the final judgment. Everyone stands before God, and those whose names are not found in the Book of Life are thrown into the lake of fire.
And this gets to the heart of it: God wants love, not forced obedience. ❤️ Love requires a choice. God gives people the freedom to accept Him or reject Him.
Sin isn’t just people making random mistakes. It’s humanity choosing darkness over truth, sin over holiness, and rebellion over God.
People can say whatever they want, but eventually the heart reveals what it actually loves.
And if someone continually rejects God, refuses to repent, and loves sin instead of truth, they are choosing separation from Him.
God offers life. The question is: what will we choose? ✝️
