In the end

Some people think that God is wicked and evil. This is the truth, God is good. So he allows people to reject the truth.
God is love and wants people to follow him. But God desire pure love so there will be a choice.
A person can reject the Lord and love their sins. Then that person will die. That person will die without forgiveness. They refuse to accept the pardon from the cross of Jesus. God is a loving God that wants a real relationship because relationship requires free-will.
If a person hates their sins and wants to follow Jesus. Then that person will repent from their sins and follow the ways of the Lord. That person will receive the pardon from the Lord. There is forgiveness because Jesus died on the cross so we can experience his love.

Proverbs 16:4

 The Lord works out everything to its proper end—
    even the wicked for a day of disaster.
