People like to steal and the judges

There is no perfect culture, so people will steal from others. The countries of this world need good laws. Every culture will have dishonest people. People steal for many reasons.

There need to be laws that protect the people. The courts need good laws and honest judges. The judges need truth in the heart. God knows best so we can know this law.

If two people go to a judge. The judge must have a good law and be honest in the case.
The problem is this. The country don't have a good law or the judge is corrupt.
The cure is this. We need the Bible as the foundation and judges that fear God.

In our lives, we need the same ideas. We need to know the Bible and apply the Bible in our lives. We need honest hearts towards Jesus. The Holy Spirit need conform our sinful nature to His will.

This will work in the countries of the world and every person that submit to the Bible and God.

Exodus 22:9

 ⁹ In all cases of illegal possession of an ox, a donkey, a sheep, a garment, or any other lost property about which somebody says, ‘This is mine,’ both parties are to bring their cases before the judges. The one whom the judges declare guilty must pay back double to the other.
