The other person is God. People like sin and they want to sin. The problem is that people like sin more than God. People will curse God when God blessed them with air in the lungs.
Their is a Old Testament law, the law explains this idea. Israel should have did this, respect God and the ruler. People need to respect their leaders and God and their is a lack of respect.
People like to abuse the name of God. God doesn't like this, it shows the heart of the person. When a person blaspheme God then the person committed a sin. God need to receive honor.
It is popular to curse the ruler of a country. We can disagree with the leader but we need to respect the position of the ruler. It is hard but God can help the human soul. A follower of Jesus need to pray for their leader. God can work in prayer. Many times, the follower of Christ complains but they never pray for the leader.
If a follower of Jesus don't like their leaders, then they can apply for a position in the government. The world needs more godly leaders. The church can change the world with the Bible and being involve with government. People can think about about this statement.
The lesson is this. We need to respect God. He is the Maker of all. We need respect the ruler of the country, even if we disagree with the person.
